Toney and Kiara are so patient. I have worked with many realtors and they are by far the most patient and available team yet. I am amazed by all the assistance before and after the sale. If you want a team that will go above and beyond to handle your sale / purchase choose the Parker Team . I watched them run circles around the sellers realtor and even doing her job by bringing updated purchase agreements to closing. I could go on and on about this wonderful young couple showing out for Huntsville.

Toney & Kira are very knowledgeable when it comes to the real estate market. They are extremely kind & very dedicated. Thanks so much for assisting me with the sale of my first home. They sold my home super fast. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about the clients they are representing, choose the Parkers!! They won’t steer you wrong!

I told Jasmine my plan with selling my home and she accomplished it exactly how I expected she would . She made the entire process so convenient and smooth . Jasmine was very honest with me from the beginning and that most is what I appreciated!

If you are looking for responsible, respectful, and very professional realtor, you need to contact the Parker Team. They will be with you in every step of the way. What a wonderful team!!!! They really work on your behalf to get you the house you desired. They even go above and beyond to help you move in the right direction.

Toney and Kira did a great job in assisting me with purchasing a home. They work very well together and possess great attention to details. They're consistent with their professionalism while also invoking a sense of understanding and patience as they guide you through the home buying process. I enjoyed having them as my realtors and would recommend them in the future.

Toney and Kira are absolutely phenomenal! As a first time home buyer, I was honestly scared of the whole process. They made everything super easy and stress free. They have extensive knowledge of the area along with tons of networking to get you any contractor you may need. I highly recommend them to anyone buying a home

The whole team is perfect! Asa was brilliant the whole buying process. Def makes sure you are happy and speaks up for you making sure everything is smooth. During my walk through with Kira and Toney, they made sure everything I missed was caught. Things I didn’t know was necessary they made sure were taken care of!

Toney and Kira were extremely knowledgeable, insightful, patient, and professional. They were always easy to reach, answered all my questions, educated me throughout the process, and always made me feel secure,

The Parker team exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a home or selling a home in the Huntsville AL area. They are so knowledgeable and so professional but most importantly, so personable. They listen to what you want and go above and beyond to make it happen. I am so impressed with their knowledge of the area and the scope of real estate. Thank you Toney and Kira.

Being first time homebuyers, Toney and Kira helped make the home buying process easy start to finish. They answered every question we had (which was many), patiently helped us understand each step and gave us a clear direction with what was best for our family. They will always be our First Choice agents with high recommendations for our friends and family.

From the moment I emailed The Parker’s they have been phenomenal. From the quick responses to finding a home and changing my mind about the home to finding THE home that I love for my time in Alabama! I couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated team. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure this military move was a smooth transition. My family is beyond blessed to have found these two GEMS! Thank you both from our hearts to yours! #teamparker

We sought out help from Kira & Toney after our house had been listed by another agent / agency for four months with minimal results. They eagerly strategized and got our house sold. They poured themselves into making this happen by lightly staging the house and having 2 open houses every week to take a stale listing and make it new again. All I can say is WOW!!! They know what needs to happen and they aren't afraid to put in the effort!

Toney and Kira were the most professional, Kind, and Approachable agents I have worked with. These are top shelf agents. They guide you so you can come out winning, and answer every question. They work for your interest and not their own. They truly place costumer first.
